Shed gyms - Any experience?

My mate did this. Once you have power you can get a big TV and a playstation like he did. Then you can sit in the shed pretending to keep fit and play Call of Duty. I think he lost 1kg in about 5 years. His wife seemed happy with the arrangement.

Just back in from the shed to see this thread revived.π So is that a new addition, Gobi? Where were you swigging before that? Since the original plans I mentioned above the shed got built, has electricity and lights and a token gesture heater. It got a treadmill, rowing machine, weights and a heavy bag for punching and kicking for my son. I use it pretty much every day. Best investment Iβve ever made I think, especially with COVID and lockdown and everything. Itβs kept me (almost) sane. |
