My best ever run yet. Today I feel fine no real aches or pains to speak of. If and buts there maybe some but on reflection I'm pretty happy with yesterdays race and my efforts.

Hope your all recovering well.

Leggies are a bit sulky today, but I'm keeping them active and they'll be fine tomorrow. It wasn't the best of days to be marathoning yesterday.

HappyG(rrr): sad to have missed you. I hadn't really registered that you would be there. I did see so many other lovely people, though :)

I wasn't Flash, was just in my diary to remind me, because Ken was doing it (Fetch's race entrants listing doesn't grey out those of us who just have them as placeholders! Works in Race Portolio, but not in Race Details). Did you all have fun in the pub afterwards?

I'll let Ken tell his own, dramatic tale, but suffice to say: congrats on a great time, but commiserations on the 10 seconds. That is soooo cruel! :-)G

Thought this was a lovely little run-the banter with the criowd was great. was doing really well till nature called half way up the hill at 18 miles, just couldn't get the rythm back but still was a massive improvement on my first effort. Just wanna sat thanks to all the kind people who called my name, the little girl who sprayed me, Sue who kept me going for 15 miles. Yes Cox's bar top place for a drink.

Indeed Naomi. Union is Ken's main training partner and guide. I'm just an also ran! Great PBage certainly, by the lads, but I soooo want them to write their tale of the day, cos it's a doozy. I had hairs on back of my neck reading it! :-)G
