Looking for the new tube of toothpaste I bought this afternoon and couldn't find it. Came to the conclusion I must have left it in the shops. About an hour later I open the fridge and find it in there.

Coffee jar open, couple of spoonfuls into the flask, kettle boils….and I start pouring it into the coffee jar 🙄. It was 5:20am this morning in my partial defence. I’m now making coffee with coffee paste, it could be the new trend….. |

I managed to get startled by my own shadow this morning on my run. Must have been a street light just in front of me; I looked behind me before crossing a slip road, saw a dark shape, and my brain went "F*CK! CAT? Oh, shadow..."
