Looked round the room and saw our Springer asleep in his basket. Wondered where our little dog was as I couldn't see him. Then realised he was lying on my lap whilst I was stroking him

Tidying up in the kitchen, I had 2 small potatoes, a tea towel and a tea cosy in my hands. So why did I then walk 15 yards to the Loo?

Sprayed water on windows as part of cleaning them. Except had nozzle facing me and sprayed own face instead. Iā€™m rubbish at cleaning

Spent over 10 minutes desperately searching the house for my earrings. I know I had them in my hand. I must have put them down somewhere, but where? Went into every room I'd been in, checked very surface and was almost on the verge of checking the kitchen bin.

And where do we think I found them, boys and girls?

In my ears of course. Though I'm a bit concerned that I have absolutely no memory of actually putting them there.

Dropped in at the doctor's to try to arrange a Shingles Jab, which I should get at 70. the receptionist went to see the nurse and came back to inform me that I had had it in June.
