Ah ok, I had hoped Drumpellier would be a goer. It is not far from me.

Drumpellier is making progress just at not quite the breakneck speed Polkemmet seems to have popped up :-)

One end of the Seven Lochs Wetland Park: Scotland's largest urban nature park.

Which I was at the other end of on Saturday. Hogganfield Loch: for all the hunners of times I've passed by, I think I'd only ever stopped there once. It would make a nice setting for a parkrun: rather than a circuit, an out and back with maybe a traily bit.

And then there could be one at Cardowan Moss, and another by Garthamlock. A string of them :-)

You forgot Inverness Dvorak. A week before Aberdeen as far as I remember.

Hogganfield would be ok for a parkrun. I run there often and the paths are wide enough for it. The car park is a bit small though and it would probably be 3 circuits which might bore some.

Portobello and Dunfermline are both 3 laps. Of those two, I think Dunfermline is the more interesting course.

By interesting I assume you mean hilly? :-)
