Iaincr, sorry, didn't acknowledge your shout (or did I?! was in pain cave!) at Stirling. How'd you get on yourself? It's a great event. I love seeing the fast guys. Lad up from south (Reading? Birchfield) got 28.53 and new course record. Wowsers!

I thought there of what distance a UoS-Plean-Falkirk parkrun triple would be: 42 km (incl prs). Might leave it the now. Plean pr (for Stirling ) will actually be closer to Falkirk pr than to UoS. http://www.fetcheveryone.com/route-1805253 |
