Congrats to Boab and James on well deserved selections. Kirkie 12.5k for me this weekend, first race of the year and first non parkrun event since Loch Ness Marathon. |

Off to Aberfoyle this evening for the final race in the Trossachs Trail Running night series. 10k'ish in the forests, in the dark, at Aberfoyle. Late charge of course as some of the planned course was still icy, think this course will be quite fast and runable, not as hilly as the Callander race in December Looking forward to it

Kirkie is a hilly bugger. Canny make the trail race tonight, stuff on. Only did 1/3 this year, disappointing. I’ll now have to face the wrath of Angela! 😀
