I was thinking of a pentlands loop for tomorrows 22 miler, but the 95% chance of rain is putting me off.

Did a 22 miler earlier, one more of 20 should do me. Five long runs totalling 100 miles👍🏻

4R (8.9 mile) loop was my most regular route in the Pentlands. Glad you enjoyed it jda!

Path of Condie (my club's half KRR) is a bit of a killer hiller for a road route! :-) G

Got offered a place in the POC. But I’m doing the Coll half. Currently on the ferry with the stabilisers on and it rocking & rolling!😀

Did the Bathgate 7k today for the first time. Good route and fun to race on streets that I usually train on and always nice to be able to support a small local race. They could do with some more marshals or signs but apart from that I really recommend for next year!

Princess; I went the wrong way at the half there last year because the signage was poor😂

Apparently it’s better this year than last but there were still a few bits that I wouldn’t have known where to go if I didn’t live here and frequently run most of that route!

Lol Ally - I did just over 14 mile tour of Bathgate last year, along with a few other tourists. :-) G

Heads up on the (admittedly unlikely!) chance that anyone fancies a crack at the Pentland Skyline this year: 225 entries in a day after entries opened. Limit I think is 300. I’m in :)

One of the toughest races (intensity, rather than duration) I've ever done. Ticked a box. Never intending to do it again, thank you. Enjoy zp! :-) G
