Merry Christmas and Happy NewG(rrr)
It's started already! :-O Someone asked if I get the pipe and slippers automatically or do I have to ask for them as Christmas presents?! :-) G

And yet I can still get both feet off the ground...

I don't *feel* Grandad like. I hope I can help him run his first 5km in a few years! :-) G

I'm the same GG, glad I can run after my little one and I definitely don't feel like a grandma - couldn't see my mum running 5ks every week. I am registering Alfie for parkrun on Xmas day - his 4th birthday

I had guessed you were at the Black Isle Bar OC! Best pizza in town, probably the best bar these days too. Even managed out on the deck this unseasonably warm summer!

I've done Tollcross. Glad someone else has done Plean (outside this year's freak weather, I'd reckon mud about 44 weeks of the year.)

Plean is one of my favourites - a proper trail course, not too busy and a single lap (near enough!)

I've said on a few times, Plean is a great course. Hard though!
