Well done on the PB TD. the course was remeasured and longer this year. By my Garmin compariosn with 2008 it was about 160m longer last night and a touch over 5miles compared with 4.9 previously. This accounts for slower times but puts any PBs in better light. Also a challenging course with a few hills but some nice downs. Last night did seem a high quality field though and I finished much furter down than I normally do....

Well the numbers may have been down but the quality wasn't. After that one the Brig Bash 5 will be a lot easier. Well done us !

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Could you add me in for the Hoy Half Marathon on 17/6 Tripletdad? I'll be up for the Glen Moray 10 miler Old Croc, hoping to take home another bottle of the sponsor's product! I hope the new course also has a great big hill in the middle. |

word is that the distillery are going to host the race in one of the sheds putting on a spread. And if same as last coule of years everyone gets a miniature bottle in goody bag.

Just entered Linlithgow 10km for sept 29th so pleased I finally got an entry as I kept missing out with my entries as I would find out to late and entries had closed, there are only 600 places, so better be quick if your thinking about it I'm in Yipee!!!!

hadn't realised Linlithgow was back on this year. Day before the Loch Ness marathon though, need to make a decision soon...

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
