It'll be a great evening for Harmeny's rigg race near Embra today http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewracedetails.php?id=70125 Unfortunately, I've been trumped by Wm Shakespeare and can't make it  It'll have to just be a bit of a Midsummer Night's Dream instead. Good luck to those running!

I'm just away out for a test run When I get off my lazy bum. Erm, I might not have mentioned a time, I was thinking 11:00 if suitable though could be half an hour either way. Will send fmail out tonight, I hope. All welcome. Join group up there ^^^ if you like. Route has been added to listing.

Right, back from the run (no, it hasn't taken quite that long :-P). Whew, that was tough. Mainly due the the after effects of doing my longest cycle in years yesterday, admittedly. Though there's no denying that it does have a couple of testing sections in it. The route seems quite good, though

really want to try the historic stirling run but dont know if i would be able to do it , is there any other newish runners doing it. ???? Can I please be added to Dechmont Law on the 10th june thanks |

Kaiser, Been looking at this too but thought they all looked a bit speedy. My latest 10k time is similiar to your Womens 10k time and I think we finished deadheat in falkirk parkrun a few months ago. I would have been the cheeky bint who tried for a sprint finish on the line If Dvorak can post the route so dont get lost then I can quite happily plod away at the back. Anyone else looking for a leisurely tour of Stirlings sights? |

Think I can follow that route and not get to0 lost. Would be shameful if I did since Ive worked in Stirling for 3 years Im def thinking about it will see how legs are after Dumbarton 10k tomorrow night

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
