What a beautiful day for a parkrun it was today :-) The Falkirk course provides plenty of dappled shade and it was fantastic running conditions. Hope that everyone else enjoyed their's. Good luck to all at Edinburgh, last forecast I saw was for a bit cooler and cloud cover - perfect conditions.

Gorgeous day here up in the Outer Hebrides not a cloud to be seen. Stornoway 10k was a scorcher and its a lovely route, interesting mix of woodland trails, coastal views and very long climb up hill through miles 1-2.5. Stornoway Running Club did a brilliant job of organising and marshalling.

Well done shyfire. Stornoway half and 10K is awesome. Actually Stornoway half is my PB still. Steornobhagh do a great job of welcoming everyone and making it really friendly too. Hope to do some of the Hebridean half maras another year. :-)G

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
