just back from the Silverknowes 5k, didn't see any fetch gear at it but did see the back of all the other runners! Came last!

As long as you enjoyed the race jacs then it doesn't matter you're position:) Was quite tough tonight with the stiff breeze into the last 1.5k and just when your legs are starting to tire rapidly or is that just me??? |

I took loads and loads of foties. I was the beetle like Marshall at the split where the trees where. I took as many as I could and got a few Falkirk vics too. Well done all.

Upcoming races in Scotland
parkruns
There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
