enjoy the Lumphanan - off to Miltonduff for a social run with neighbouring club. And the snow has appeared on cue!

Think it's a rest / mibbe easy jog day for me afrter Parkrun an Promathoning.

I'm doing Lasswade 10 an D33..... An more I just need to remember them :-o

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
