Hi Folks, sorry that I've fallen off the face of the planet in recent weeks, I've hardly been on here as I'm getting my head around my new house husband role. I've missed two weeks of running too and a couple of races but I plan on getting back out with my club tonight :-)

Header should be up to date now, let me know if I've missed anyone.

House husband is a very cool job :-) Disappointed I have to give it up on Friday. He won't have time for Loose Women.

I am also hoping to do Lochore Meadows tri (entered and hoping my course doesn't preclude it).

Lol Star x, you're not the first person to mention Loose Women (and Jeremy Kyle) to me.

As AC says my problem is actually the opposite, I've taken on all the household/children minding stuff so I have so much to do during the day that I don't get as much time to spend on here as when I was in full time paid employment :-)

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
