Thanks Jambomo - CAAC 5 for me with the West Lothian half at the weekend. Will make a call on 7hils nearer the time, usually can enter on the day.

Ach, Star - I haven't done hill training recently either (instead, I've done a grand total of 8 miles in the last almost 3 weeks...). Come and join SooWoo and me! :-) (Mind, I've never been up Dumyat yet, so might yet learn from being rash in entering races... ;-))

Whilst running at SU last night one of my co-runners mentioned that we'd have to finish sharp next week to avoid being caught up in the race. People might mistake us for the first back.

(And before you suggest it, no! :-P)

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
