Up Pentlands it was def an Easterly - we were running into it from Longlea to Glencorse and wind at backs from Harlaw back to Threipmuir. Hope it doesn't hurt anyone racing today too much. :-)G

Bazoaxe is that Corstorphines 5 mile race (CAAC is Corstorphines isn't it?) if so I work with one of their runners so I'll ask him about the race at work tomorrow.

Yeah it's a Corstorphine race run on the road at the back if the airport. Think I will do the west Lothian half instead.

Bazo, I think the CAAC 5 race will be on, based on the fact there`s no Meadows race that night and Adrian at R&B usually leaves that gap in the schedule as a lot of folk do the CAAC 5. Mo, spot-on, ask your colleague

thinking about a wee 7 hills half to 2/3 rds recce this Saturday morning. Somewhere between 8-9am kick off. Anyone fancy it. I will try to keep up ;0)

Upcoming races in Scotland
parkruns
There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
