It is the one I can think off that plan to have in diary every year Scotty :-) Honestly it is not "just" for the cakes after :P

The spread was ace :-) I think it`s a good atmosphere and the sort of course where you can plan your pace accordingly to what you want...for me that was relatively easy then picking things up towards the end for a pb, and an inability to speak for 5 minutes. But at least I didn`t chuck up over your shoes. Close thing, but not quite ;-)

So long as dont chuck up over my cake plate its ok Scotty. We landed lucky with the weather too I mind the heavy rain/thunder missing the race :-) :-) Oh bugger now I am thinking CAKE cake cake

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
