TDad, yes whisky was real and was of course still tasting it during the promathon. Great turnout today and another lesson learned for me - go to the toIlet early! Race was delayed to allow everyone to register so thought I could sneak off to the toilet and didn't make it back in time for the start. TDuck, I may do that as my first xcountry (since school - long time ago). |

Happy New Year all. I hope all you Portobello runners had a good time!! I over did the wine and 'just dance' on the Wii last night so only did a very slow, very short jog as the first on my quest for 500 miles in 2012, in awe of you having done 1000 in 2011 tripletdad:) Duckinator, who is organising the XC in Broxburn so I can have a look at it? Thanks |

The XC Champs in Aberdeen a few weeks ago were great. I'd really recommend it GW & jacs.

Upcoming races in Scotland
parkruns
There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
Other races (December 2012)
