A date for it? Now *that's* pressure ;-). Not mid-May as that clashes with what I shall henceforth pretentiously call my "Deutsches Double" and then there is Edinburgh and of course Strathearn. Though with the long nights, it could be done of an evening. Which brings in a whole load of other things it could clash with. (Like Kinross 10K which I would commend to everyone but at which I was pure gash last year so would like to do better.) |

That sounds like a great idea Dvorak, hopefully it will fall on my day off. I've seen something like this done in Embra before but it never seem to take off. The difference being they charged a pile of money for it. |

what about start of June as a recovery run after the halfs and marathons? They usually die a death for the summer. Like the Deutsches double tag, sounds very serious and athletic.

Jacs, that because everything German is serious and athletic.  Strathearn is on June 10th. Later in June, I *might* be on holiday (which, of course, would only affect me, unlike races). Star x, I should have claimed royalties before introducing Fetch to Doodle. Rentboy, isn't that what the BUPA 10k ins in Edinburgh? |

Kinross 10K added to the listings for Thursday 26th April. I'm due to be working, bah - might just take the day off. Dvorak I would say either do the doodle thing or as it is your idea pick a date and those that can can and those that cant cant. Always going to be folks doing other races, on hols, working etc no matter the date. If we can book some of the weather we have had this week though it will be a cracking wee day.:-) |

Upcoming races in Scotland
parkruns
There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
Other races (December 2012)
