February over already. TD, when you enter the March/April races, could you add me to the Bishop Hill Race (4 Mar), please? Ta.

It'll likely be over before the header is updated but, for the record, I've recently entered the Ron Hill, Cambuslang 10k on Sunday, 4th March. cambuslangharriers.org |

Link to Bishop Hill Race - http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewracedetails.php?id=67437 Highly recommended, only 2.5 miles (and only one hill really) - great fun, and a charming descent (my time last year was about 16 mins up, and 6 mins down, which sums it up quite nicely, i.e. steep) FF - The H&H HM is a superb race. Miles 4, 9 and 10 (ish) are entirely uphill, but there are inevitable downhills that follow. The cakes afterwards are beyond belief and worth the journey alone. |

ha ha - been fooled by that 'only 2.5 miles' for a hill race illusion before

Come on, Star - you know you want to do it. (I'm just slightly worried by Andy calling the descent "charming", only to come out with the truth about it being steep in the next sentence... ;-)) |
