great fun at the SS6 yesterday. Thanks to Tigerlily for showing me the way for a bit, until I got excited and lost you. Thanks to PinkLiverBird for taking some great photos of the FUDS Running Club. The pair of you ladies were without doubt the best sights in the city yesterday.

Gosh Fraser, you dashing charmer. It's like Terry-Thomas has just strolled in sporting a jaunty cravat.

Hopefully I will have recovered in time not to miss a third race weekend ie by Saturday for the Bella 10K.

SS6 was fabulous. I think it must now be one of my all time favs. Great course, such friendly people and nowhere near as bad as I expected.

Great job by Forres Harriers and Glen Moray Distillery in organising the 10k and 10 mile races today in Elgin. Next time Old Croc advertises a race, pay attention ;-).

Bella 10k today. Its a very bland course but done and dusted. Improvement on my 10k time from Glasgow and with a lot less running in the lead up.

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
