It's a handicap, non Scottish Athletics, has a 2 hr cutoff, errr, that's about all I know. Never done it, never been invited! :-)G

I could do with another race before the year is out, I am so damned lazy that I don't get of my fat arse and actually train properly unless there is a race coming up but I am so slow I don't want to enter a race not for the likes of me:)

Though the last time I did Jedburgh, I'm sure I heard a group of people say to someone that they were off to run round again. And they were running back down the course at that point. So there's an idea for someone.

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
