bah, wanted to do Stirling since its my birthday on Sunday (I think I am 100 years old give or take a year or two) but everyone else thought it was a bad idea because of the two other piddly races in September and I agreed to go for pancakes and bacon at Frankie and Benny's instead of running now I really wish I had singed up for the race instead. Good luck to all who are doing it, I am jealous :(

Darn, jacs. You run past a Frankie and Benny's about a kilometre from the finish.

I've been looking forward to Stirling but I am now feeling a bit rubbish. Hopefully just the effect of nightshifts and it will clear from tomorrow.

Bah, it gets worse. Maybe the family wouldn't notice if I wasn't there on Sunday morning and I could just sneak to Stirling
