I had great fun running around a track at Meadowbank stadium for 33 1/3 mns today at the ERN LP run while listening to some cheesy tunes with lots of cake afterwards. I managed 15 full revolutions (laps) and a bit of another :-)

Yes, Paisley 10K. Can you put me down for that as well, TD?

princeszee, this will be my fourth time doing the Paisley 10K and I really enjoy it - mostly because it's the only race I can walk to. It's mostly flat with a little bump in the last K and a really nice fast downhill finish in the town centre. There is normally a good atmosphere around the start/finish with a fair amount of support. I'll be hoping to avoid a personal worst for the race :)

That's you both added into the Paisley 10k.

Hopefully that should be all the races for August-October included now and everyone added to them. Let me know if I've missed anyone or if any new ones are added to the race directory.

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
