We are based in West Lothian and we run about here and there up and down hills and like to go racing once in a while. We laugh alot and occasionally fall over.
And it's free.
Anyone can be a fud, we have just got some vests so we are feeling all serious and that!

There is a page on facebook and a blog somewhere.

Ah, trying to work out what the letters stood for kept me going through the marathon on Sunday :-)

I got the U&D but not the F&S :-)

All the August races I could find in the portfolio should now be added to the header. I'll get going on the September & October races this afternoon once I've taken the kids to the library :-)

Hi TD, Linlithgow 10k is back this year on the 30th of September, still places left peeps btw with a nice finish in the grounds of Linlithgow Palace

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
