Head up the M90 and along to Dundee to the Camperdown parkrun. It's a bit...challenging? In other words I think it's brutal and I get slower and swear more every week doing it. All you Sport Billies and Lillies will manage it fine.

Registration is at the Loretto playing fields Shyfire, so the opposite side of the river to the actual School buildings. If you are coming in from the School building side (i.e. the race course side) then follow the footpath over the water and the entrance to the playing fields is directly in front of you.

Ha,ha, it was great fun putting all those signs out last night SA. 3 hours last night up early for an 8am start to put finishing touches to the course this morning. I was seeing arrows in my sleep - if anyone gets lost I will be hiding from Fetch tonight. Course was a bit soft along the back of the racecourse - 6.5k to 7.5k so save yourself for that bit but apart from that if you can avoid what puddles are left you'll have a great race. It's funny how doing all the work gives you an even bigger build-up and all the anticipation and a feeling of being ready to 'fly out the blocks' and then you remember you're not running. That's not a complaint because real enjoyment out of it and many more events for participating. Good luck everyone, weather looks great 8-)

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
