I've only ran Edinburgh parkrun twice; once in summer and once in winter. On both occasions it was a beautiful clear, sunny morning. Guess its not like that all the time ;-)

It`s ok if you run it occasionally Cat. Personally I only go every now and then and it`s not so bad. Respect to the folk who run every week, and to the volunteers as always. I shall break out the black Fetch vest for tomorrow I think...mind and say hello :-)

If you find Edinburgh parkrun a bit dull, come to Falkirk! Just a hop and a skip down the M9. Even if the weather is lousy, the course is a lot more sheltered.

Haha. I'm only kidding, I love Edinburgh parkrun really! I've done Falkirk twice and love that too. Also done Aberdeen, pollock and strathclyde and they were fab too. And I am most looking forward to Sydney parkrun next feb. yipeeee for parkrun!

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
