Just been searching through the race listings for a 10k for the spring. Not ran a 10k for a couple of years due to injuries but itching to get back.
Im usually put off by the bigger races due to the entry cost; only problem with the smaller races is there is a good chance I might be last!

Thanks Dvorak, I'll check it out. Time wise, it suits. Not too sure about the 'enticing smells' though!

I'm in for the aromatherapy of the lovely Grangemouth, didn't know about it until tonight. Great, one for my Dad to come to. That'll be my first anniversary race. Brilliant.

Just looking at the list - there will be heaps of fetchies doing the D33. It's been a real fetchfest the last 2 years. I will probably be attending in a marshalling capacity :)

I should probably pencil in some races for this year. I have my eye on a couple of triathlons later in the year but a couple of 5 or 10k races at the beginning of 2012 would be nice I think. Well I say nice I did a 5k on the 27th and hated it. I will definitely do the Aberdeen parkrun soon tho :)
