Musselburgh 10k is usually fast and flat. Scottish Gas 10k is an extended Edinburgh snooze-run with a hill at the end, so you`ll be fine at both your Royalness

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Wow, I have to do this race. Some of the best days of my misspent youth took place in Glen Lochay, staying in a hut a bit beyond the turnaround. Safe to say I have walked the entire 10k route heading home from the pub on very many occasions. It is a fairly flat course on the whole. Quite flat on the main road through the village, a bit of undulation in the outward stretch up Glen Lochay, a sharp climb after crossing the river and a bit more undulating on the return stretch (which I assume they'll close to traffic as it's not that wide in places). |

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
