A mystery Guess-Which-Race-I-Am! ;-) (However, since the last race Shoe-lace has advertised was the fabulous Strathearn Marathon, I'd come to almost any otehr race he'd recommend (transport permitting). ;-))

Sherriffmuir is a game of two halves: out is mainly downhill for 5.5 miles and back is, you guessed it, uphill. It's a really nice spot on a very quiet single track road starting and finishing at a really nice pub/restaurant. But, to be honest it lacks imagination and is a bit of a drag imho. Try it once though, even if it's just for the free 1/2 pint at the pub afterwards.

was thinking about it - the website advises that only the first 300 entrants get a momento - whats the current no of entrants - I want a mug!!

Star x...you'll be fine. We usually get 150 or so pre-entries and then 100 or so on the day. If you pre-enter, I'll personally guarantee you a mug! (They're due to be delivered to me tomorrow so I know I can keep that promise!)

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
