Here's a big shout for one of Scotland's best wee races - It's the Milnathort Dash tomorrow night. There are plenty of places left and the cakes alone make entry well worth it. The race is superb too - details above in the link.

TD, if you'd be so kind, would you pop me down for the whw race, Dollar Hill Race (haha, if my legs work), the Brig Bash 5, Clydestride Ultra, and the Ceres 8 in August. Will have to take a rain-check on the Fetch Mile...

I really enjoyed the jog scot 5k tonight in Glasgow. It ended up being quite warm and the rain stayed off. Beat last years time by about 30 secs so I'm happy with that. Nice to meet kimbles, gus and labwalker and even snuck into their photo, hehe! Next race is the jog scot in Edinburgh next wed :)

Princess - was lovely to meet you last night. I have a few other photos of you running at the back straight and one crossing the line :-)

The 5k was great last night. Had a nice atmosphere and for the 3rd year running was warm and muggy :-O Still managed a PB and a sub-30 woo hoo. The last time I sub 30'd was 2 years ago at the same race lol

Was lovely to meet Gus as well :-)

Was great to have a mini Fetch fest last night at the jogscotland 5k in Glasgow and I managed my best time since 2009:)

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
