Kaiser didn't realise that was you! I only just beat you and was standing at the side clapping as you ran over the finish. Well done, it was very mucky and sticky and its never going to be a PB course:)

West Lothian half today too - 2 minute PB for a 1:26:31 so happy :-)

HT did the Haddington half last year an I'm sure it's a bit undulating. Did it after several undulating miles before so his judgement may have been a little skewed lol

Deck ont sounds like one for the to do list!

I've put the Meadows Relay in the race listings for 25th July ... hopefully it will NOT be as hot as last year. But the company was excellent (and I probably wouldn't have become a Fetchie without it), so there will no doubt be one or three of us there. :-)

Lochalsh Dirty 30 yesterday, originally a walkers event but now open to runners as well. a lot tougher than expected due to 1 hill and 1 MASIVE hill. great day out and recomended 12 or 30milers next year. Finshed 3rd in 5hours 8min

Yes I need to get back one day to Dechmont cracking wee trails race.
Memory (mind I am getting on a bit now ;-) tells me Haddington was indeed undulating but I would say no much"worse" than today`s one Bazo.
Yip good fun at West Lothian for me today too, the boss let me tag onto her so got same time as Smout :P

Congrats on all great runs over the weekend! Sounds like Dechmont was a lot of fun - hope to do it one year myself. Nice PB for Smout, too. :-)

HappyG, I pb-ed as well: Garmin time 4:17:04, which is a 31:20 PB (ok, it was weak beforehand!). :-o

Fantastic Spicey, that's a great PB on any course and a great time too.

So who is going to join my Seven Cakes of Edinburgh challenge on Sunday, if K-pie is oot (gws K-poo)? I need someone to a. show me the route and b. share the cakes! I can't race this, so I'd quite like to just amble round and enjoy it. Anyone else up for it? :-)G

Upcoming races in Scotland

parkruns

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.

Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
