just back from the Dechmont Law 10k, bit muddy underfoot!! Good fun and nice to meet Princesszee, ran just behind her for most of the race. You looked like you were going strong when you passed me Fraserfish, how did it go? Never saw Fin so don't know how he did either.

Had such a great morning, nice to meet you jacs and thanks for convincing me to do it. Loved dodging all the mud piles and didn't mind that I had to walk for bits as it was pretty challenging for me! Nice to meet you too fraserfish, how did you get on? Trainers have been through the wash and clothes will get done tonight after I meet my friend for lunch and a few cocktails

Ladies, lovely to meet you. That was indeed a mud-fest and we all did very well to finish without falling into the yuk. A very tough course to do in those conditions so well done. I managed to beat my time last year buy about 40 seconds which, considering the slop we were running in and the fact the course was longer this year then that is an achievement. Looking forward to next year already.

Oh, I see IanS PB'd at Strathearn. Well don Ian. Fraser - Dechmont must have been very muddy. I was up the Pentlands today and it was a right bog. Brilliant! :-)G

I noticed Red Moss Revolution isn't in the Race Finder. Added it now - Wed 20 Jun 7:30 pm. It's a cracking wee route - good ol hill then a bog at the bottom. Cheap to enter and soup n roll at Grey Horse Inn in Balerno after. Good excuse for a pint! :-)G

West lothian half for me today in 1:28.....need to aim for 1:26 next time. Looking at the Haddington half in august as an option - anyone here any idea what the route is like, flat, undulating, killer hills etc ? |

just did the dechmont 10k this morning and even though I was second last I really enjoyed it even though after the first half I felt like crying. . I did it in 1hr 14min which was a good time for me as it was my 2nd 10k ever. I found it quite challenging with all the mud .

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
