A course of mud, water and fire obstacles designed by Special Forces .... it all looks bit GI Jane to me  Having watched the promo video think it will be an experience right enough. Enjoy

you'll have a brilliant time GerryO, looks like the rat race events a bit and they always get a good rep for fun. Fraserfish the tech t-shirt from Linlithgow two years ago is still in constant rotation, mizuno and very nice! Shame they have picked the same day as the Loch Ness marathon for their comeback, that will hit their numbers hard I think. |

Thanks folks, I'm secretly hoping that I can find my inner child to discover that it is a 1970's action man figure with "realistic" hair and gripping hands. If the inner child which is unlocked is actually a barbie princess, even in a GI Jane outfit, it could explain a lot though.: |

GerryO, thanks for the kind comments re Falkirk parkrun. Glad you enjoyed it. We like to call i undulating. Fraserfish - are you not Scottish Athletics affiliated? If you are then it's £12 for Linlithgow. The T-shirt design for this years Linlithgow 10k is out to tender at the moment, but you can expect the usual quality. Tunnocks have confirmed that they will contribute to goody bags. Historic finish at Linlithgow Palace. This race shouldn't need selling Enter here entrycentral.com

Hope you have a great run tomorrow SA. I entered the Linlithgow 10k last night and the Haddington half this morning. Spikeyboy thanks gor the cheer as you were coming off the beach and I was going on last Sunday at MOK run. What a great day. |

There are 8 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
Current locations are Aberdeen, Camperdown, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Inverness, St Andrews and Strathclyde.
Updates will be provided if we find out any races are not going ahead.
