57.5 Degrees of Pain
I thoroughly enjoyed it LG, except the hill first, second and third time around! We got the best of the weather and it was good to meet mrs shanksi, shanksi and Torry Quine.

I got sidetracked from saying hello to anyone else by bumping into a colleague unexpectedly before the run. Then I had to rush back to Dyce afterwards for a bus to the Hash House Harriers run which turned out to be an energetic 10+ miles in and around the Haddo estate.

Busy running day!

57.5 Degrees of Pain
I would say that with the soft underfoot conditions yesterday, Stonehaven is a match for those other tough Scottish courses Drumchapel, Lanark Moor and Fort William. Not done Faskally Forest yet though...

I like the hill the third time - you then know it’s the last time :-)

Thank you for your nice comments 57.5DoP. I don't particularly like going up our hill but I love running down it all three times! Much prefer it to something flat. It's nice to run at Haddo House, we've done the cross country there a few times.

would have popped down to stoney yesterday had I not been away (did tourism at jesmond) - aberdeen beach is now my regular but I do like the challenge of the stoney 'eiger' and the more intimate atmosphere. in kirkcaldy next saturday I think.

will do G - it's a parkrun/footy double day unless the weather suddenly goes very rogue (don't really go out of my way to do the alphabet challenge, but these have fallen quite nicely)
