I've worn the tread on my 4s down too far now but can't get them any more.

Is there any reason why I wouldn't want to get the 5s? Are they much changed?

I found the size different. The fives are smaller.

5's have a lot harder sole, which lasts longer, but i've found the top mesh wears out instead. 5's are also heavier.

Hmm, not sure about these now.

What would be good to look at? I only run in Saucony's at the moment, they seem to suit my feet. Brooks give me blisters, not tried anything else!

Kinvaras are actually lighter, I think.

Best try them on Paula its the only way you'll know. Yes the 5's are heavier slightly but maybe this is welcoming to some and not others. I can never go by others recommendations as we are all different.

Hi Paula, I'm 60K or so into my new Saucony Kinvara 2s. I find them incredibly light, responsive, comfortable and good form inducing.Best running shoes I've ever had and I loved my Nike Zoom Vomero's before that.
