Lyrics - no What - parkrun at medium ish effort Why - it's Saturday, I was supposed to be pacing someone to 30 minutes but he wasn't there, so decided to work on my pacing anyway. Was on pace until 2.5 miles then sped up bit and came in at 29mins. Last hard - Tuesday... although given I was in Zone 4 I suppose this was hard today. Last rest- yesterday. |

lyrics - one I feel I should know, but can't place What - 5K around the fields with a bit of effort. I thought I'd see how well Garmin knows me and attempted what it thinks is my threshold pace verdict - it really doesn't know how unfit I am! Hope all enjoying their Saturdays

Wow Elspeth is a machine Had a really good park run today, it is a tad short at exactly 3 miles but I finished in 28 minutes, could have been quicker but very busy and a narrow first half mile made it difficult. 1st in my category out of 5 and a really good wava too!! Happy days. And most important, had a lovely time with mum who was so happy to have me and Jodie (my daughter) there. |
