I'm considering doing this as a training run for Paris where I'll be aiming to run the second half at marathon pace.

Can anyone let me know what 'some undulations and climbs' means?

You are starting to sell this to me. I'd better start looking at travel time and the best way to get there :-)

I was being ironic, the Garmin profile I linked above shows how it goes but examination of my mile splits at the key points tend to show that the uphills aren't that testing. I could claim that I was aiming to do the race at exactly 8 minute miling as a training run for Paris and London.
