And don't forget that there aren't any loos at the actual start; so go in the ones at the car park, have your long walk to the start and then within a couple of miles you will come to one of the car parks with a loo block in it! Obviously, there are bushes on the way to the start!

Ultra Kanga Kazzaaaaah!!
I'd not recommend going in any portaloos that you come across on the peninsula. They're permanent fixtures and aren't very nice. Not a mistake I'd make again!!

There was last year - as mentioned the actual start is a little walk away from the car park and they had a tent at the start where you could leave a small bag and they would transport it to the car park.

Got my number and race info. - the car park I've been allocated is a 20 min walk from the start WTF? Hope it's nice weather!

A 20 minute walk helps me to get my head together and remember to Slow the Feck Down at the start.
