Hi all I was diagnosed with fast AF late last year and had a cardioversion procedure. I'm back running (only 3-4 miles and slower than before) but get an initial spike of heart rate before it then settles down again (and then gradually increases as i get more tired) Has anyone else had AF and how have you managed your heart rate when getting back to running? TIA |
