Hills of Death (HOD)
I know what most people's view is below the neck don't run just a sniffle (manflu) take it easy. But I had awful run on Sunday at half now I know why had this virus/cold it's come out today so I'm gonna bin the running till Friday to be safe. How long do you wait for colds to arrive then run ? Who ploughs through and what has been results |

I just trust my instinct as I generally *know* if I should get out for a run or not (if that makes sense). When I do feel like running I think it is going to kill or cure by either sweating it out or just staying around a little longer. |

I love an excuse to curl up on the sofa under a blanket feeling entirely justified in not running! |

Agree with HOD regarding the above/below the neck policy. However, I'd stay indoors if my sinuses were seriously blocked or if I had a headache too. |
