Running Up Stairs?

My girlfriend Stef trained for a Bob Graham (66 ml run in the Lake District) on the stairs in her office. From memory the stairs were 5 x 13 steps and she got up to around 35 reps thereof i.e. 2275 steps, up to three times per week! :-O

I go running in Greenwich park occassionally and there is a steep set...
