Running shadow - elegant or elephant?

Velociraptor Nov 2020 3:36pm, 4 Nov 2020 49,579 posts	0 Velociraptor I can get my head round shadows, but I remember as a younger runner imagining that I looked like a paler Joyce Chepchumba then catching sight of my reflection in a shop window and discovering that I looked like a tree stump having a tantrum. I moved to somewhere with fewer shop windows after that.
