Groundhog
I mostly just bash my trailies to get most of the mud off, let them dry and then a stiff brush to get rid of any mud left. Then maybe a couple of times a year I chuck them in the washing machine on a cold wash. I think it's good to clean them thoroughly every now and then whatever way you do it as I've heard people say it helps keep the stitching from wearing out. |

God’s shoe wash: a carefully selected stream at the end of the run. Ideal too to wash the worst of the mud off your legs so maybe you don’t need a pan-scourer in the shower ![]() |
