Hi Some friends are about to start a running club at the local primary. There will be a mixture of ages and abilities. Any pointers for resources or guides that they could use to get started or as inspiration? Thanks |

Athletics 365 - and the local Run England co-ordinator should be able to help. The focus is not just on running at that age.
