Can we please have a category of "Running - Easy" as one of the options in the training log? I get fed up with having to record all my easy sessions as 'General', and an easy run is not the same as a recovery run!

But then there's Recovery Run for recovery runs.

And sometimes easy run ends up being a bit of a struggle.

And surely an easy run that is no particular session is just a "general run" anyway. If it were something else, like a long run, tempo run, intervals etc, you'd log it as such. As KB says, there is RR for RRs. One could argue for a Run - Junk Miles option I guess. That's all I seem to be running atm. |

I have a bespoke field to note when the intended pace is 'easy' - it doesn't necessarily mean the run is!!

I've been after an easy category for ages. I log runs that are in the gray zone a general. They sometimes happen. Not often but they happen. I'd rather use recovery run for the intervals between workbouts of an interavals or reps session. |

I think the easy run is a good idea, i.e deliberatley easy. If I intedn to do a tempo or whatever I still mark it as such even if it was crap, as a reminder.

Sorry - still don't see the point. A general run is a general run, which usually means easy? If it was hard work, then it would be a tempo run or MP or something similar? What do you use General run for if not a General, easy run? |

When I'm running with a general. What do you use it for?
