Gobs, can I borrow one please? To see how they workout?

Sallykate, I was thinking more of the ones with little bottles rather than the big bottles...I think the big ones would be too heavy maybe?

Up to you Max, you're welcome to try it and see whether you want big ones or small ones :-)

max i have a nathan belt with 2 bottles its very good- doesnt bounce or move- i found i needed a 4 bottle one though for my longer slow runs like 18plus so i got a nike one- its great BUT i got a size too big and it was slipping down my bum on 20miler last week i got size 3 (coz they only had a size 3 and size 5) in tk maxx 11.99 i saw it in sports shop other day 22.99 - in smaller size- so wish i hadnt binned packaging id have exchanged it on the sly !!!

I trialled and then bought a Perfecta (think that's the spelling) 5 bottle belt. The bottles are spaced evenly around your waist and there's a small zip pouch at the front. I did my 18 miler with 4 bottles on it on Saturday and had my usual squash in 2 bottles, water in 1, diluted lucosade sport in one and my jelly beans in the pouch. In an OCD way tried to drink evenly from the bottles but not such a big deal with any more than 2. Once you get the velcro support right it doesn't bounce around. So pleased I made the break from my hand held running bottle which was giving me a freaky Bluto right arm bicep!!! :-)

I;m looking for one of these belts with small bottles on too...I've found this at Wiggle (http://www.wiggle.co.uk/run-and-move-add-on-base-belt/?&source=MaxiFeed&id=5360060692#buyitem) - add on belt with lots of different things you can add on.

Anyone used it?

I have a run & move one with 2 small bottles. It's fine, doesn't ride up or anything.

I've got a Nike pouch which I wear every run. When I run long I carry water in my (*shameful*) donut bottle, then when I've finished the water I undo the belt and loop it through so as not to have to carry it.

I recognise this is not a helpful post but I thought I'd share.
