Winded
More likely worried about liabilities in case someone falls on a loose paving slab, or trips on a blade of grass or something.

Well my pal pb'd on the course today and her OH won MV45 so can't have been that bad She reckoned the walk was counteracted by the addition of jelly babies at either end

I thought it was a really lovely race, well organised with lovely volunteers. The first stop - my legs thought 'Yay - all done' and then the second was more like 'no - don't make me stop, i won't start again'. However, the jelly babies were a lovely touch and we weren't running in the olympics so it was worth it to be part of such a great event I think.

Not as far as I know, certainly everyone I saw was walking.
