Running after Flu Vaccination

I am have the flu vaccination in a couple of week, but unfortunately its about an hour before a club run

Is there any issues with running after the vaccination?

Better that than a few days in my experience. Had mine last Wednesday, been full of cold since Friday! Just like every bloody year.

I am getting one at work and deliberately chose the session in the week after my target HM than a few days before it. Not had an adverse reaction yet (had the jab the last few years) but didn't want to chance it!
